Worst experience ever!! Didn't arrive on time, was sent to the wrong address. The supplier was at fault, did not issue a refund, charged me more for shipping after they made the mistake. Some product was damaged after 2 rounds of shipping. Alibaba does not handle the disputes they leave you to deal with the supplier and then Alibaba denies the refund request. I will not be using this supplier or Alibaba again. For the amount of time it took to order, receive the shipment and not get a refund on any part of the shipment. I could have ordered within the USA and got the product in less than half the time for less money in the end. Beware of ordering from this company and through Alibaba there is no support and you get what you get in the end. Save your money, do not buy from this company! After spending almost $3,000.00 USD the picture below is the product I got.

Thank you for purchasing and apologize not satisfied you. 1- I would explain again,we calculate the SHIPPING TIME from start shipping date not quote date. 2- we sent to the RIGHT address on time(Which can all be found on the track), just ship forwarder gave wrong waybill, we explained you and provided the right one, being so confused why you keep saying we sent to wrong person. 3- when the track showed it arrived to you, I contacted you the first sec to know if you received them well, sadly didn't get any reply. I'd like to tell you again Mr., if goods have any broke or missed, we GUARANTEEN to take responsibility without any excuse. Last but not the least, Alibaba.com denied the refund because it's totally ridiculous, we were waiting for you to come up with any evidence but for the whole week you couldn't. We're hoping to do long-term business with our clients not only one-time, so with someone who's not faithful and just wanna free goods,we won't cooperate with you anymore as well.
